Business case and funding advice for CAT’s £25m Cynefin redevelopment of its site in mid Wales, which aimed to renew the centre’s visitor, learning and accommodation facilities. Over four years, the work has covered the outline and full business cases for the Mid Wales Growth Deal, and funding applications to trusts and foundations, the Shared Prosperity Fund and the National Lottery Heritage Fund. We have worked closely with the project’s architects, engineers, cost consultants and project managers, alongside extensive internal and external consultation.
