Preliminary Business Case for The Liberties Creative Campus, a new creative campus with workspace for artists, new community facilities and public spaces in the heart of Dublin 8. The case included sites in Bridgefoot Street for studios and community space (€15.6million) and at 7-9 Merchants Quay for a theatre and workspace for artists (€5.7 million).
