Business case and funding support for Newcastle University’s redevelopment of the former Newcastle General Hospital site on the Westgate Road. Our work set out the economic case and investment proposition for a new neighbourhood bringing together research, healthcare innovation, business space and homes around healthy ageing to support the University’s bids for capital funding from various public bodies.
